Remuneration – Along with a competitive basic salary, our consultants are remunerated through our generous commission scheme. Structured to ensure that increased performance is rewarded with an exponential rise in commission, consultants can expect to earn £30-40k in their first year, £50-80k in their second, and £100k+ in their third. Earnings are uncapped, so these figures are merely a guideline and can be exceeded.
